Real Estate Developer Office located in Jávea on Arenal Beach. The client commissioned us to design and install the best solution in terms of thermal comfort, absence of noise, energy efficiency and air quality for the well-being of the people who work there and the clients who visit them. The solution adopted was an air conditioning system using a Mitsubishi-Electric Heat Pump, interior equipment, ducts and linear ceiling diffusers with hidden returns at floor level along with a zone control system using touch thermostats in each room that activate the motorized Airzone gates. For the ventilation system, the solution adopted is through a Zehnder ComfoairQ enthalpic heat recovery that increases energy efficiency, provides quality of life, air quality and well-being for the people who work there through air renewal and filtration.
