Villa in Oliva Nova

In this house located inside the Oliva Nova golf course we are in charge of the project and installation of:

Radiant ceiling heating system.

Low temperature radiator heating system.

Air conditioning system using a Mitsubishi-Electric variable flow heat pump and interior equipment in each room, ducts and linear diffusion.

Temperature and use control system for rooms using thermostats for both air conditioning and the radiant ceiling and radiators.

Mitsubishi-Electric heat recovery ventilation system to provide both energy savings and people's well-being through renewal air quality and filtration.
